Guus Dhaeze is one of the four Anagear founders. Since 2009 he is Vice President Marketing & Sales and co-responsible for the strategic decisions, product definition and business operations of Anagear B.V. Guus brings more than 20 years of executive-level experience in business development, marketing and sales to Anagear.

Prior to Anagear, Guus served as General Manager of Eurasem from 1996 to 2001 and positioned the company as a leading packaging and assembly industry for MEMs sensor devices in Europe. From 2001 to 2009 he was Regional Sales Director EMEA for Hi/fn, where he successfully introduced its product line in the European market and developed a multi-million $ sales operation.

Guus holds a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering form the Technical University of Eindhoven in The Netherlands.

Anagear BV, founded in 2010 by a team of industry veterans, is a privately held, fabless semiconductor company, located in Rosmalen, The Netherlands. With a team of highly skilled design engineers, Anagear develops and markets a family of smart power management devices for ultra low-power battery supplied applications and self-powered wireless sensor nodes.

The ANG1010, the first member of the ANG101X product range, was introduced earlier this year and is based on Anagear's unique IP. It combines clean-tech PV- and TEG energy harvesting with Li battery backup, dynamic voltage scaling and enables extremely long standby operation while critical parameters and/or sensor inputs are autonomously being monitored.
