Venture Financing for Technology Companies (Printed Electronics Europe 2013)

Stephan is a co-founder of Clean Capital, the London based venture-financing experts. In 2012, he has closed four venture transactions, and conducted one business sale.

 

Prior, Stephan was a Commercial Director at New Energy Finance (today Bloomberg NEF) where he was instrumental in achieving its exponential growth. Stephan started out as an analyst for S&P Platt's and was a Key Account Manager with the enterprise software house KWI, now Global Energy.

 

Stephan holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters level degree in economics from Mannheim University, Germany. He speaks fluent German (mother tongue), Italian and English.

Clean Capital is a London based, pan European focused, corporate finance advisory specialised in cleantech and industrial efficiency technologies. Clean Capital has advised on and closed five equity transactions in 2012, including a EUR4m acquisition. Clean Capital regularly selects the best European technology companies on behalf of its investors. Clean Capital works mostly with private investors and family offices and is currently advising on several growth stage fundraising mandates.
