IDTechEx and Leatherhead Food International LFI are jointly staging their conference Food and Livestock Traceability in the Dallas Marriott Hotel, Dallas, Texas, USA on February 1-2 2006. Four participative Masterclasses will teach aspects of the subject - two on 31 January and two on 3 February. They are optional extras and they will be staffed by world renowned experts from IDTechEx, LFI and elsewhere.
