Tegway

TEGway is a developer and manufacturer of flexible thermoelectric modules and systems for power generation and cooling. TEGway Co. was founded in September 2014 as a spin-off of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

 

After two years of research effort, we have successfully completed the fabrication of large size engineering samples of flexible theromoelectric module (7 cm X 8 cm) in Fall 2016. The engineering samples demonstrate their performances are comparable to those of existing bulk type modules and the fabrication processes are commercially/technically feasible.
