Canada food traceability

Nationwide food traceability is in prospect for Canada. Dan Lutz, the Agriculture Canada official in charge of traceability says he will work in cooperation with the organisers of the Can-Trace voluntary program and standards production. Can-Trace has long been supported both by government and industry.
