Daniele Gatti is a Technology Analyst at IDTechEx, providing technical, business and player analysis in the field of energy storage.
Education
Daniele obtained a Master degree in "Energy Science and Technology" at University of Ulm (Germany), with focuses on lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells. His Master thesis, performed at the Helmholtz Institute Ulm (HIU), was related to the investigation of Ionic Liquids for Lithium-Sulfur batteries.
Research field
Daniele works in the field of Energy Storage, technology and application, with an interest in Energy Harvesting.
Previous research fields
During his Master thesis, he participated in the challenge "How to boost trucks on hydrogen", promoted by the website Cooldowntheplanet.com, founded by University of Delft.
He also collaborated with the vertical farming start-up MBN Seeding (Verona - Italy) as Energy consultant, performing a techno-economic analysis of stationary fuel cells for energy production.
