Marktkapitalisierung von Nvidia übersteigt 1 Billion US-Dollar, ein früher Gewinner des KI-Booms, berichtet IDTechEx
Während der aktuelle KI-Boom gerade erst begonnen hat, ist Nvidia ein früher Gewinner, dessen Marktkapitalisierung am Dienstag, den 30. Mai{^th} , zum ersten Mal die Marke von 1 Billion US-Dollar überschritt. Für einen Chipdesigner ohne eigene Fertigungskapazitäten ist dies ein bedeutender Moment. Mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von rund 970 Milliarden US-Dollar (Stand: 1. Juni st ) ist Nvidia in einen elitären Club eingetreten, in dem derzeit nur fünf andere Unternehmen vertreten sind: Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon und Saudi Aramco. Zuvor hatten nur drei andere Unternehmen (Tesla, Meta und PetroChina) ebenfalls die Schwelle von 1 Billion US-Dollar überschritten.
