Presentation Summary

More than ten years ago our group in Marl started as "Printed Electronics" - a research group embedded in the strategic research organization of Evonik. Today we are "Electronic Solutions" - a growth field within the Evonik Resource Efficiency GmbH targeting the display market.
iXsenic® semiconductor enables the production of high performance TFTs using cost effective solution coating techniques on large areas. The development status and recent results with potential customers are presented.

Speaker Biography (Anita Neumann)

Anita Neumann is a senior project manager at Evonik Resource Efficiency GmbH. She joined Evonik in 2011 and has been involved in different aspects of R&D for solution based metal oxide precursors. Her current interest is focused on the transfer of solution based coating processes into mass production lines for display manufacturing.
Anita Neumann received her diploma in technical physics from the Technical University Ilmenau, Germany in 2005. She then joined the Research Centre Jülich and received her PhD in engineering from the Ruhr University Bochum in Germany in 2010.
