Speaker Biography (Scott Brierley)

Scott Brierley is Manager of Corporate Development at Nissan North America focusing on "LEAF-To-Home" and vehicle-to-grid commercialization activities.
Prior to joining Nissan, Scott worked in both the automotive and aerospace industries. His 10 years with General Motors involved developing and commercializing various GM electric vehicles, including the GM EV1, the Equinox fuel cell, the Chevrolet Volt, and the EN-V autonomous vehicle.
Scott's aerospace background includes supporting US and Russian spacewalk activities at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston and at Star City outside of Moscow, Russia. More recently, he was involved with developing a hydrogen fuel cell system for commercial aircraft.
Scott has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University
