The development of printed sensor devices has been enabled the evolution of new materials. This talk will provide an insight into how several important materials for sensors have progressed.

Speaker Biography (Weiping Wu)

Dr Weiping Wu is the George Daniels Lecturer at City University London. He is an academic staff in the Research Centre for Photonics & Instrumentation in the Electrical and Electronic Department. In 2010, Dr Wu joint University of Cambridge as a Research Associate working on graphene and 2D materials. In 2013, he was appointed as a Research Fellow in the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC), University of Southampton where he did research on lasers, optical fibres, nano photonics. Dr Weiping Wu sits on the committee broad of the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI).
