NanoSteel
NanoSteel design and sell proprietary steel alloys. They are developing their first alloys for additive manufacturing, which create a unique microstructure. These will be used to make hard and wear resistant parts, such as bearings, cutting tools and impellers. Hard and wear-resistant materials are difficult to 3D print because they are typically brittle and therefore crack easily.
