Brochier Technologies
Brochier Technologies has developed a process to weave optical fibers. It became a separate company in 2007 and is currently located in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, France. Lightex technology consists of the weaving of optical fibers with lateral lighting, connected to LED to realise flexible or rigid illuminated surfaces.

BOE started in 1993 as Beijing Orient Electronics Group Co, manufacturing electron tubes. BOE is now the biggest LCD panel manufacturer in China, ahead of 5 other manufacturers.
