David is presently Levant Power's VP Business Development (CleanTech/Automotive), having previously served as Head of Business Development for Boston Power (Batteries/Automotive), CEO of Diamond Associates (Consulting) and Chairman and CEO of Arigo (Retail Software). David is formerly the cofounder and COO of Amperion (Internet/Telecom), Managing Director of Redleaf Group (Venture Capital), GM Corporate Technology Planning, Verizon (Telecom/Wireless), CEO MicroE Defense and Aerospace (Optical HW) and Division Director for the Army's Communication Electronics Command (C4ISR). David has an MS/MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan Fellows), a BSEE/MSEE from Monmouth University, and a BSME from the Pennsylvania State University.
