In 2014, the global photovoltaic industry is expected to ship 40.5-GWp of crystalline cells and modules and thin film panels, including 1.3-GWp of inventory from 2013, install >40.9-GWp globally and end 2014 with 1.2-GWp of supply side (cells and modules) inventory.
