Speaker Biography (Torben Nielsen)

Torben is managing innovation and business development activities at the Solar Energy Programme at Risø DTU. Torben holds a M.Sc. and has a diverse background in business and product development management in technical environments. Through his work with analyzing the market development of polymer solar cells, establish partnerships with industry and identifying potential investors to finance the transmission of polymer solar cells from research to industrial processing Torben has established insight into the OPV technology field including market possibilities and patent mapping alongside coordinating the development of possible applications and demonstration program of polymer solar cells at Risø DTU.
