Speaker Biography (Oliver Gross)

Oliver is an Energy Storage Systems Specialist, at Chrysler Group, LLC, where he is responsible for the Battery systems technology roadmap and architecture for the Chrysler and Fiat Groups. Oliver Chairs the SAE Battery Task Force work group, responsible for capacitive energy storage. He is also a member of the United States Advanced Battery Consortium Technical Advisory Committee, and chairs the committee on Stop Start and Low Voltage Hybrid batteries. He holds both a BS and a Master's Degree in Materials Science, for the University of Toronto. Oliver has 20 years' experience in the advanced energy storage industry. He currently holds over 10 patents, and more than 20 publications.
