Presentation Summary

This presentation will give an introduction to the principle of a "Cyber Physical Car" and show how smart system integration will enable this new car structure. First examples of "smart systems" in all-electric cars will be presented. The electric and electronic structure in the car as it is state of the art will be discussed and the needed changes for future development will be introduced. The research campus ARENA 2036 and its activities in the direction of the cyber physical car system will be presented as a short outlook
