David Pascual holds an industrial degree in chemistry from Barcelona University. He started his professional career as a technician in the automotive OEMs in Spain (GM, Seat, VW, Ford,...) involved in paint shop solutions. Further on, he moved to the U.K. to work for Ford Motor Company, leading the chemicals business in the paint shop at Dagenham, Jaguar and Halewood, collaborating also in the launching at VW Puebla (Mexico) and Ford (Melbourne). He then moved on to become Key Account Manager and joined General Electric Plastics (engineering plastics) in Spain and Portugal. By mid 2005 he became Global Application Development Manager for Merquinsa, TPU manufacturer, leading several countries in Europe and Asia Pacific as Area Manager. In 2007 he became Commercial Manager in Asia Pacific for 5 years since the merge of Merquinsa by Lubrizol. Since then he enrolled in different marketing positions (automotive, industrial, footwear) and since 2016 has been Global 3DP Commercial and Marketing Manager
