Eric Torres is TATA Communications (TCL) Vice President, in charge of Business Operations and Solutions Design of the professional services Division. One of his major role is to bring to International the IoT business that he created in India on 2014, as a result of winner of the TATA Communications 1st Innovation Contest and led till 2019.
Eric joined TCL on 2006, TCL acquiring the start-up he was leading; and since then held various management positions; establishing 2 internal starts-up.
On 2011, Mr Ratan TATA, Chairman, TATA Group, awarded him the TATA Group, Leading Edge Innovation Award.
On 2014, he and his team received the Tata Communications Innovation Winner prize.
Prior to join TATA Communications, Eric held Management and Executive position at IBM (17 years) and ATT (5 years) in various Global roles in Sales and Services.
He is an Engineer in Atomic Physics; and holds an Executive MBA from ESCP-Europe (1996).
He also got his Boston Consulting Group Certification as a Digital Transformation Certified Professional on 2019
