Work with Nano Dimension at IIT to develop 3D printed optimised packages. The metal conact is critical as it determines the device performance and reliability, particularly for soft and flexible substrates where electrical contacts are difficult to produce. Nano Dimension's DragonFly LDM is used to embed piezoelectric transducers into a compact, lightweight and robust package, with the electrical pads directly printed on the metal layers of the device packages. See the recent IDTechEx profiles on Nano Dimension for more information.
