Georg-Simon-Ohm-University of Applied Sciences

At the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg/Germany almost 10 000 students are imatriculated. The university offers a broad spectrum of studies ranging from electronics to international business. Prof. Jillek is head of the Electronic Packaging Lab which is part of the faculty Electronics, Mechatronics, Information Technology. Fields of research of this lab are Printed Circuit Boards, Hybrid Circuits and Interconnection Technology. One research focus in recent years was on the inkjet printing of nano-particles for manufacturing electronic devices.
