Metal Nanoparticles for Printed Electronics

 

PChem nanoparticle inks deliver superior conductivity and processing capability. These inks are being used in the development of next generation flexible and cost effective devices for the expanding Printed Electronics market. In particular, PChem has the capability to flexographically print conductive lines as narrow as 20 microns wide. Using this capability, PChem is developing products that include a lower cost, higher conductivity alternative to ITO. The optical clarity is comparable to or better than ITO over a wide range of sheet resistances up to 100 ohms/sq. PChem is also offering for the first time highly conductive nanoparticle screen inks that allow reduced metal usage and fine line printing (75 micron line/space).
