Arzeda

Arzeda designs proteins that don't occur naturally. It can model peptides, enzymes, antibodies and any other kind of protein.

 

The company combines computational protein design, machine learning (ML), DNA synthesis, high-throughput (HT) screening and automation to create new functions for proteins involved in any pathway or mechanism of interest. Following the same methodology, Arzeda can also modify existing proteins. The modified/new protein can then be integrated into a system or organism in order to modify some of the system's or organism's properties and characteristics.
