Lumibird

Founded in 1990, Neptec specialized in the development, integration, and support of intelligent sensors and payloads for the Space market. The company develops electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems for aerospace applications.

Lumibird are a laser manufacturer. IDTechEx first had a discussion with Keopsys Quantel at SPIE Photonics West 2018 in January 2018; this was followed by a full interview in March 2018. The company specializes in fiber lasers for sensing, healthcare and scientific applications. Quantel also offer a small range of fiber lasers for marking applications.
