Optomec is the market leader in aerosol printing systems, in which a collimated jet of often conductive ink is dispensed onto 2D and 2.5D surfaces. At InnoLAE 2023, Optomec outlined the commercial adoption of its technology, both for repairing conductive traces in semiconductor packaging and printing onto automotive glass.

Optomec Announces Delivery of 600th Industrial Printer
Optomec announced another important milestone in its continued growth, with the delivery of its 600th industrial 3D printer. The company has now installed more than 250 of its proprietary LENS Systems for 3D Printed Metal and over 350 of its patented Aerosol Jet Systems, with the majority of its recent machines being used for high ROI production applications.

Optomec Receives $1.25 Million Order for Metal Additive Repair System
Optomec announced the receipt of a $1.25 Million order for a production Metal Additive Manufacturing machine for the maintenance of industrial gas turbine components. The long-time customer, a Fortune 500 energy equipment supplier, will install the machine in one of its service facilities in the Middle East region.

Optomec 60% Growth in Additive Electronics and Metal System Orders
Optomec Inc announced a sharp increase in bookings during fiscal year 2021, including nearly 60% growth in new orders for its proprietary Aerosol Jet and LENS industrial printers. The steep rise in recent sales puts business activity well ahead of pre-pandemic levels, where Optomec had already experienced 50% growth in 2019, and takes the total installed base to nearly 600 machines across more than 250 customers.

Optomec's $2 Million Order for 6 Production 3D Electronics Printer
Optomec Inc announced that one of its existing production customers recently purchased another six Aerosol Jet 3D Electronics Printers, bringing its total count to 20 systems. The $2+ million in orders is part of a production ramp plan that will grow to more than 30 systems over the next 12 months.
