How RAIN RFID is Used in Retail Stores to Allow Omni-Channel (Internet of Things Applications Europe 2015)

This talk will learn you how retailers use passive RFID to be full omni-channel compliant. Due to the properties of RAIN RFID readers are able to read hundreds of tags at a distance of meters. This allows retailers to increase stock accuracy in their stores, leading to an increase in sales.

I work as a product owner/developer with RAIN RFID at Nedap Retail, where we help retailers to improve their stock accuracy with this technology. I have a background in Electrical Engineering, telecommunication engineering. Have been working on this RFID technology for the past seven years.
