The large area and high force range printed pressure sensor system will be presented and the integration of this into helmets will be discussed. Sensor fabrication will be shown and results from testing analyzed. The system demonstrates the feasibility of creating multi-sensor arrays which can be used to provide diagnostic data for potential injury in a wide range of applications.
