Speaker Biography (Shiv Chiruvolu)

Dr. Chiruvolu is Sr. Vice President at NanoGram Corporation, now subsidiary of Teijin Japan. He has more than 17 years of experience in technology/product development in printed electronics, silicon photovoltaics, nanomaterials and nanotechnology. Dr. Chiruvolu has helped NanoGram raise over $100 million in venture funding, and execute its successful exit with Teijin. Dr. Chiruvolu has Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of California Santa Barbara. Prior to NanoGram, Dr. Chiruvolu was Senior Process Engineer at Applied Materials. Dr. Chiruvolu co-invented, and led the development of LRDTM technology at NeoPhotonics Corporation, NanoGram's spin-out. He is inventor/coinventor of over 20 patents or applications.
