Speaker Biography (Jerry Ruddle)Mr. Ruddle is responsible for leading Advanced Cerametrics, Inc. in its focus on commercializing breakthrough vibration energy-harvesting technologies that can replace battery and wired sources with perpetual power. A business executive with a blue-chip background in high-tech business development, venture finance and strategic transactions, Jerry has built businesses ranging from early stage technology companies to divisions of larger companies including Hewlett Packard. He has established market leadership in new medical devices and systems, biometric technologies and identity management systems, and defense and government security solutions. With a track record of taking new technologies in emerging global markets to commercial success, he recently has established a strong voice in helping to bring green-tech renewable energy harvesting solutions to market awareness and early market adoption. Mr. Ruddle earned his BS in Engineering from Duke University and his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School at UNC Chapel Hill.
