Speaker Biography (Michael Zehnpfennig)Michael Zehnpfennig is Wiliot's VP of Operations located in Bonn, Germany. He is responsible for transforming the Wiliot chip into a Bluetooth tag, working with partners from the RFID industry. Michael has performed many different management roles in his 13 years in the RFID Industry. At Smartrac, Michael was Head of R&D, Project Management, and Data Management. Additionally, Michael managed global RFID roll-outs at DHL and headed RFID test labs for METRO Group. Company Profile (Wiliot)Wiliot is a semiconductor company whose mission is to connect people with products using cloud connected, sticker sized Battery Free Bluetooth tags. The company was founded by the leadership of the Gigabit Wi-Fi pioneer Wilocity, a group of wireless engineers experienced in building new products and the ecosystems required for their success. In January 2019, Wiliot announce a major milestone: The first battery-Free Bluetooth® sticker sensor tag demonstrated at The National Retail Federation Big Show.
