Speaker Biography (Amer Aijaz)
Amer is Director of Strategy & Concepts at Volvo Cars R&D Center in Sweden. There he is responsible for early phase of product development including consumer insights, technology research & advanced engineering, mainly in the area of Infotainment, Electrical Propulsion & Electrical Architecture.
Amer has previously gathered strong global experience both in R&D and Product Marketing. Before his career at Volvo, he was Strategy Manager with Volkswagen in USA where he defined Infotainment & Active Safety Product Strategy for VW brand in US market. Before that Amer worked at Volkswagen Headquarters in Germany on various different research projects as lead engineer.
