PARC, a Xerox company, takes minority stake in Thinfilm

PARC, a Xerox company, is taking a minority stake in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") as part of the collaboration between the two companies. PARC will be issued 1,663,680 million new shares equal to NOK 2,785,000 through a private placement. The subscription price of NOK 1.674 per Thinfilm share equals the average closing share price for the last ten trading days up to and including 22 March 2011.

Ascent Solar signs distributor agreement with Sunload Mobile Solutions

Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. a developer of flexible thin-film solar modules, announced today that Sunload Mobile Solutions will act as an Authorized Distributor of Ascent Solar's lightweight, flexible, high-power thin-film CIGS modules for Electronic Integrated (EIPV) applications in Europe. This agreement with Sunload will give Ascent Solar access to multiple opportunities within Europe's rapidly expanding off-grid battery charging and portable power markets.
