  • Copper conductive materials for printed electronics were developed. They are suitable for ink-jet or screen printing.
  • Dense and crystalline Cu trace was obtained from Cu ink/ paste through low temperature metallization process.
  • Wiring pattern fabricated from these inks showed good printing properties and electro reliabilities.

講演者の経歴 (Kyoko Kuroda)

Ms Kyoko Kuroda is researcher of Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd. since 2008. Kyoko has a MS in Applied Chemistry from Tokyo Metropolitan University. Her targets are the ink/ paste materials and its processes for printed electronics.
