Copper conductive materials for printed electronics were developed. They are suitable for ink-jet or screen printing.
Dense and crystalline Cu trace was obtained from Cu ink/ paste through low temperature metallization process.
Wiring pattern fabricated from these inks showed good printing properties and electro reliabilities.

講演者の経歴 (Kyoko Kuroda)

Ms Kyoko Kuroda is researcher of Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd. since 2008. Kyoko has a MS in Applied Chemistry from Tokyo Metropolitan University. Her targets are the ink/ paste materials and its processes for printed electronics.
