プレゼンテーション概要

  • Rfidium's patent-pending design process enables it to generate multiple variations of a design for quick verification and validation tests, along with a specialized laser-based system for precision prototyping in combination with a thin film deposition system for high-volume production.
  • In this session, we will explore real-life case studies of how Rfidium's approach has been successfully applied in the RFID antenna/inlay marketplace.
  • Featuring a highly interactive Q&A session on Rfidium technology's potential applicability to other high-detail patterning needs in printed electronics.

講演者の経歴 (Edwin M Oh)

Mr. Oh has extensive experience commercializing technology based products, most recently as COO of Mu-Gahat Enterprises and Director of Mu-Gahat Holdings (acquired by Block Shield in June 2008). Prior to Mu-Gahat, Mr. Oh served as CEO of the Luxtron Corporation, a leading manufacturer of fiber optic temperature measurement systems. He also currently serves on the advisory board of Inka Entworks (Seoul, Korea), a digital rights media software company. Rfidium logo
Rfidium, a division of Block Shield Corporation (AIM:BLS), is a complete design, prototyping and production RFID antenna inlay provider. Using a patent-pending laser production system, proprietary design software and Mühlbauer FCM 10000 flip chip equipment, the company provides up to five simultaneous "variations on a theme" for test, enabling faster time to market by providing the ability to quickly create prototypes and validate pilot runs. Rfidium's high-volume RFID antenna production equipment can precisely deposit the thinnest layer of aluminum on plastic film rolls, with excellent edge quality and performance. Our pure aluminum antennas are inherently more efficient than conductive inks, are environmentally friendly, and fully recyclable. Rfidium also provides stock RFIDs for tape cartridges, items, pallets, and more
