講演者の経歴 (Ivan Mora-Sero)

Iván Mora Seró (1974, M. Sc. Physics 1997, Ph. D. Physics 2004). During his Ph.D. his research was dedicated to the study of epitaxial growth technique MOCVD. On February 2002 he joined the Group of Photovoltaic and Optoelectronic Devices of University Jaume I (Spain), where he is now researcher. Recent research activity was focused on new concepts for photovoltaic conversion based on nanoscaled devices following two mean lines: The characterization of monocrystalline ZnO nanowire/nanotube arrays and on the other hand in the characterization of the injection, transport and recombination in TiO2 nanoporous electrodes using as absorbing materials both dye and quantum dots.
