プレゼンテーション概要

xGnP graphene nanoplatelets manufactured by XG Sciences comprise a few layers of graphene with nanometer-scale thickness, micron-scale size, and surface area up to several 100s m2/gm. These nanoplatelets can be functionalized, dispersed and formulated into usable products of various form factors with tailored thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties. Grease type thermal interface materials have demonstrated low thermal impedance <0.1cm2•K/W. XG Leaf graphene sheets used as heat spreaders have demonstrated high thermal conductivity >500W/m•K with excellent EMI Shielding. Thermal spray coatings >10W/m•K can be painted on various surfaces. These are examples of a growing portfolio of thermal management products using graphene nanoplatelets.
