講演者の経歴 (Gregory P. Meisner)

Gregory P, Meisner received a B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. in physics from UC San Diego followed by a postdoctoral appointment at Los Alamos National Lab. He joined GM Global Research and Development in 1984 where he has conducted industrial physics research on advanced technologies that include permanent magnets, hydrogen storage, and thermoelectrics. He has over 90 refereed publications and 11 patents, received two of GM's John M. Campbell Awards, and is currently the Principal Investigator for GM's research effort on advanced thermoelectric technology for automotive waste heat recovery. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society.
