  • Single Wall Carbon Nanotube purification leading to high purity semiconducting Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes. We have developed a process based on conjugated polymer extraction that leads to semiconducting SWCNTs with high purity.
  • Thin film transistor fabrication using solution based processes and ink-jet printing. We will present device fabrication processes using a polymeric dielectric material using spin-coating, dip coating and ink-jet printing.
  • Thin film transistor performance. We will present device performance results whereby mobility values > 250 cm2;/vsec; current on/off ratios 104-105 are obtained using a polymer dielectric layer.
