This presentation gives an overview of VTT's offering and recent development in the field of wearable sensors. With unique experience, facilities, application know-how and partner networks VTT can create products that have the potential to disrupt existing value chains and markets.
講演者の経歴 (Kimmo Solehmainen)
Kimmo has worked with VTT from 2001 onwards, in the fields of microelectronics fabrication technologies, printed electronics, and optical sensing. During his years with VTT, he has participated actively in public and private sector R&D and technology commercialisation activities both at a national and international level. Based on the research results in silicon photonics, he accomplished D.Sc. (Tech.) degree from the Helsinki University of Technology (nowadays Aalto University), Finland, in 2007. He has also headed research teams in organic electronics and optical measurement technologies. Currently, he is Key Account Manager for VTT's customers with their business in sensor technologies.
