Ray's industrial experience includes working at Microcircuit Materials, DuPont for 20 years in roles including engineer, sales and management. Later he joined a Taiwanese IPO company, Taiflex in 2015 as Assistant Vice President in the Energy Business Unit and was assigned as Global Sales Director and BU head in Taiflex Kunshan (China) in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
