NexTechFAS offers its Advantage Series Extrusion Deposition (ED) systems as standalone units or fully automated, integrated process lines designed to meet the unique requirements of the flexible and OLED markets. The integrated coating process line uses the patented FASCoat technology, a high-performance deposition method which maximizes material use to over 95% and offers extremely high throughput compared to competing deposition technologies. The Advantage Series ED technology offers a cost effective solution capable of depositing a wide variety of process chemistries, including tough-to-coat OLED and PV materials which are often deposited at submicron thicknesses with stringent uniformity requirements.
