Pascal Chretien is an aeronautical design engineer focussed on electric aircraft. In collaboration with Synper 3 & Solution F for finance, he designed, made and flew the world's first pure-electric manned helicopter, this being independently professionally witnessed and accredited as being the world's first pure electric vertical take-off and landing VTOL vehicle in the Guinness Book of records for example
