Presentation Summary

The demand for high-performance 3D printing materials is growing at a rapid rate. When nanomaterials, such as graphene nanoplatelets, inorganic fibers or nanoparticles, are added to polymer resins they can drastically improve the thermal and electrical conductivity as well as the mechanical properties of the resulting composite. In contrast, the rheological properties of the composite can change significantly and thus create an ongoing challenge when processing the material. This presentation will showcase our recent progress made in the development of functional nanocomposites, with 3D printing being one of a key target markets

Speaker Biography (Elena Polyakova)

Dr. Elena Polyakova is the Chief Executive Officer of Graphene Laboratories, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer of Graphene 3D Lab.
