John is the Director of Innovation and Scouting at Cabot Corporation, a global performance materials company that serves various industries. In his Innovation role, he leads a core team whose mission is to increase the innovative capacity of the organization. John is responsible for developing the additive manufacturing strategy and advanced 3D materials development at Cabot Corporation. John holds an MSc in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UM Ross School of Business.
