Iridium-Free OLED Solutions for the Whole Color Spectrum (Printed Electronics Europe 2014)

 

Dr. Mathias Mydlak has studied chemistry at the University of Münster, where he has started working on OLED emitter systems in 2005. After focusing his research on Iridium- and Platinum-based emitter systems during his PhD studies, he joined cynora in 2011 as a device scientist. Since the end of 2012, he has been responsible for the companies' Business Development.

CYNORA offers tailor-made solutions for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Our mission is to provide display and lighting markets with our efficient emitter materials, which make use of the Singlet-Harvesting technology.

Research encompasses all key aspects of developing optoelectronic materials, including theoretic calculations, and material-testing in OLED-prototypes. This enables CYNORA to cover a wide array of design-concepts, e.g. vacuum processing as well as solution-based processing with optional crosslinking technology.
