Company Profile (PST Sensors)

PST Sensors logo
PST Sensors is a multiple award-winning spin-out of the University of Cape Town, headed up by scientific entrepreneurs David Britton and Margit Härting, to commercialize its IP portfolio for a unique printed silicon technology. Its mission is to integrate printed electronics in the sensor market and bring sensors into the printed electronics market.

PST Sensors is the only company with a proven technology to print silicon semiconductors at room temperature on any material including paper and fabric, using conventional printing methods. It is ideally positioned to provide solutions where the form factor (e.g. lightweight, flexible, and robust) and choice of materials cannot be met by existing technologies.
