Today we consider anisotropy, the variation of the material properties in different directions, as a flaw, that we are trying to fight. But taking control over these properties in every material point allows you to focus the material properties in the necessary direction. With anisotropic materials you can not only optimize the shape of the part, but also its internal structure. Look at the evolutionary structural materials around us - none of them, from tree trunks to bones, are isotropic. So why do we continue to fight for isotropy?
講演者の経歴 (Fedor Antonov)
Fedor Antonov is the CEO and co-founder of Anisoprint, a company that developed a solution for manufacturing of a new generation of composite materials. Founded in April 2015 by a team of composite material science experts, the company helps engineers and manufacturers around the world to produce optimized and complex shape composite material parts with high mechanical characteristics and tailorable properties.
Prior to founding Anisoprint in 2015, Fedor had been working as an engineer and chief engineer at tech companies since 2007. In 2013, he gained the position of a research scientist at Skolkovo science and technology complex. Since 2009, he has been a research scientist at the Institute of Mechanics of Moscow State University.
Fedor earned his PhD degree in Mechanics of deformable solids2011 at Moscow State University. He is an author of 16 scientific publications and 5 patents.

Anisoprint LLC is a technology company that developed a solution for the production of composite materials of a new generation.
The company manufactures and supplies: equipment, software and materials for obtaining optimized parts from composite materials with the required physical and mechanical characteristics.
The development is based on the patented technology of coextrusion of a continuous composite reinforcing fiber with a thermoplastic polymer and makes it possible to manufacture products from a material that is not inferior to powdered metals in terms of strength and rigidity. High physicomechanical characteristics of the material are ensured due to the large volume fraction of reinforcing fibers in the material, good adhesion between the binder and fibers, straightness and continuity of the fibers, reliable impregnation, and a number of other conditions.
The technical result of the applied technology is to increase the physicomechanical characteristics of the products, reduce the mass of the products, reduce the cost of manufacturing products of complex shape from composite materials.
