Developers are still working on exciting functional materials that will enable high-performance low cost additive process solution utilizing digital deposition of direct digital control deposition alternatives to existing complex and more expensive high end subtractive semiconductor fabrication. This paper will focus on Ceradrop MGI Group solutions for requirements of digital jetting precision functional materials and processing using aerosol stream or small drops of 1pL volume up to 80pL volume from single or multiples 16 nozzles low cost disposable inkjet cartridges to multiples 2,048 nozzles count scaled for industrial piezo ink jetting throughput. Additionally, we have fully integrated in-line major third parties pre and post processing solutions such as inspection, sintering and curing solutions. • We will examine and technically discuss the feasibility and challenges of presented functional pattern printed by Ceradrop customers. • Present complete integrated inkjet deposition process solution consisting of jetting commercially available conductive, semiconductive, and dielectric functional inks. • Present fully integrated in-line curing solution consisting of a Pulse Forge, NIR, UV LED curing source options for various conductive working circuits built on smart paper and PET substrates. • Discuss support networks from our developments and manufacturing head quarter in Central France and the recent acquisition of Ceradrop by MGI Group to increase worldwide printed electronics presence.
