The presentation will focus on the demonstration of results of the integration of the sensing systems in potential hazardous industrial environments, comparing data measured using different types of sensors: commercially available sensors and fully printed sensors developed by the consortium. The description on sensors development will be focused on the development of fully printed, based on R2R equipment, for the construction of new emerging O2 and CH4 gas sensors as a disposable, low cost and reliable technology.
The speaker will also address some of the technological issues that were faced, by the integration of printed and conventional electronics.
