Engineering Of Thermal Interface Materials By Aros Graphene® Technology (Graphene USA 2018)

Aros Graphene® is a novel hybrid graphene material whose manufacturing process is simple and environmentally friendly. Aros Graphene® is designed to prevent agglomeration between graphene flakes and hence to prevent properties degradation as well as to improve dispersion/interaction when added into a matrix. Using Aros Graphene® as filler in thermal paste, we achieved a significant improvement in thermal properties compared to current technologies.
